Pete Cullari, a Certified Entomologist and owner of Term A Sect Pest Control, started his career in pest control in Trenton, NJ, working for Humphrey's Pest Control while attending Rutgers University. Starting as a technician in 1975, Pete quickly found his calling in sales. He later managed the Trenton, NJ and Pottstown, PA offices. Pete also conducted training seminars on day to day operations for franchise sales while attending entomology courses at Trenton State College. After moving to Florida in 1992, he worked in Pest Control performing Real Estate inspections in Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas Counties. Two years later his vision of owning his own pest control company was realized. Term A Sect started in 1995 with Pete, his wife, Elaine and sons, Peter, IV and Steven. With Pete's hard work and planning, his extensive knowledge in industrial, commercial, urban and residential pest control, his business grew steadily to the success it is today. Together with son, Peter, IV, who is also a State Certified Operator and CPCO registered inspector, Term A Sect's services has grown to include not only Real Estate inspections but pest control services, lawn maintenance, home inspections and Holiday lighting.
